# Nitrosend pricing


Unlimited stored contacts on every plan. Pay for sending volume, with optional
capacity and prepaid services. Existing customers can retain their agreed price;
ordinary plan allowances follow the current package. Account Billing shows your
applicable price, package and any explicit custom agreement.

## Base plans

USD. Annual base payments save 20%.
Monthly usage allowances refresh monthly even when payment is annual.
Annual prices are paid upfront. Free is also available, with no card required.

Enterprise is a custom plan designed for you, available for 500,000+ emails/month or custom requirements. It includes unlimited stored contacts, brands, campaigns and flows, with other capacity agreed for your business.
Enterprise sending, verification and enrichment use volume pricing agreed before purchase. Verification and enrichment remain prepaid.
Scale customers can also use paid extra sending without changing to Enterprise.
Unlimited stored contacts, campaigns, flows, transactional sending and agent/API access are included.

Annual discounts apply only to the base plan, not add-ons or overage.
Free supports at most 3 total inboxes. Inbox and outbound mailbox products are different.
Inbox storage upgrades provide 10 GiB total per upgraded inbox, not an additional 10 GiB.
Coexist lets you use Nitrosend alongside your existing email provider. It needs setup before activation and costs extra only for the inboxes you enable. Additional inbox capacity, storage upgrades and your existing provider subscription are separate. Existing setups are not automatically charged.
Each domain pack adds 5 custom sending domains. Domain registration is not included.
Automatic brand.nitrosend.net senders do not use custom-domain slots. All capacity is account-wide.
Buy extra capacity only when you need more than your plan includes.
Changing your base plan does not automatically cancel existing add-ons.
Dedicated IPs require a supported plan, suitable steady sending volume and provisioning/warm-up approval.

## Sending and verification

Daily limits, monthly included emails and physical delivery pacing are different.
The following allowances count recipients in a rolling 24-hour period. Earning a
cohort makes its full allowance available immediately; there is no second volume ramp.

Sender standing is evidence-based, not purchased. Domain quality, verified-list quality,
trusted migration evidence, first-party sends and the existing supporting signals contribute.
Strong evidence can establish standing on day one; Trusted gets the full plan daily allowance.
Normal safety checks and provider limits still apply. Payment never overrides them.

Each actual To/CC/BCC recipient consumes an email credit, daily allowance and physical capacity.
Starter emails are used first and never refill on renewal, plan change, cancellation or reconnect.
Explicitly authorized extra email usage requires the account's supported funding route.
No bounce or complaint surcharges.

List verification is explicit: inspect the audience and price, then confirm the operation.
Use included outcomes first, then prepaid credit. Fresh address-bound results are reused.
Provider errors consume neither an outcome allowance nor money. Valid results can improve
standing; invalid, catch-all and unknown outcomes do not establish positive list evidence.

Qualifying Trusted senders receive 25% more recurring included emails after
90 account days and 10,000 clean sends.
This applies to monthly and annual subscribers, not the starter budget or daily limits.

## Lead and contact enrichment, prepaid

Contact enrichment adds professional and company details to leads and existing contacts.
It is separate from finding a new email address or checking whether an email is valid.
Use the existing Enrich action from Contacts or a contact's detail view. Review
the quoted price and maximum charge before confirming; do not infer an enrichment
price from verification rates or a plan's email allowance.

Enrichment uses your prepaid balance, separately from your email allowance.
Already-current contacts, no matches and failed enrichments are not charged.
Availability depends on your account and providers. Review your account's quote
before confirming. Phone lookups and newly sourced email addresses are separate
from contact-profile enrichment and are not included in these prices.

## Agent checkout

1. Read nitro_get_status and the actual nitro_manage_billing tool schema available to this connection.
2. Where supported, call nitro_manage_billing with operation "plans" and use its returned plan IDs.
3. Explain the exact offer, payment interval, full upfront amount, monthly allowances and unchanged add-ons.
4. Start operation "checkout" using params.plan_id and a stable root idempotency_key. Never pass plan_slug.
5. Follow the returned confirmation or approval action. Provider-managed accounts stay with their provider.
6. Read operation "checkout_status" and confirm the actual resulting term; a URL is not payment proof.

Status-only connections must use the returned dashboard/manage link instead of inventing an unsupported tool call.
Monthly/annual payment-interval changes and reductions begin at renewal. Existing paid time is not discarded.
Previous $20 Pro packages align to Starter and ordinary Ultra packages align to Growth,
without changing the customer's agreed base price. Custom Enterprise and deliberate
operator exceptions remain explicit. Issued starter credits, prepaid balances and
already-admitted sends are not reset or reclaimed during the change.
