# Nitrosend pricing

Nitrosend is the AI-native email marketing platform. Transactional, marketing campaigns, automation flows, contact management, and deliverability in one account, driven from any MCP-compatible AI agent or a REST API and Node SDK.

## Principles

- **Pay per send, never per contact.** Every plan includes unlimited contacts.
- **Brands by plan.** Free and Pro include 1 brand, Ultra includes 5 brands, Enterprise includes unlimited brands.
- **Core product access on every plan.** MCP, REST API, AI copywriting, NitroWheel LLM, campaigns, flows, transactional, templates, and analytics. BYO keys and dedicated IP are paid-tier upgrades.
- **Bring-your-own keys on Pro and above.** Sending providers: Amazon SES, Resend, Postmark, Mailgun, SendGrid. AI providers: Anthropic and OpenAI.

Email overage above the included volume on each tier is billed at $0.12 per 100 emails on the 500K–4M tiers, and $0.10 per 100 emails above the 4M tier.

## BYO (bring-your-own) keys

On Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise, connect your own sending provider credentials and AI provider keys. Nitrosend handles the platform; your providers handle delivery and model usage.

Supported sending providers:
- Amazon SES (cheapest at scale, $0.10/1K)
- Resend
- Postmark
- Mailgun
- SendGrid

Supported AI providers:
- Anthropic
- OpenAI

This means you can:
- Keep your existing deliverability reputation
- Pay AWS/Resend/etc directly for sends, Nitrosend only for the platform
- Switch sending provider without switching platform

## FAQ

**Do you charge per contact?** No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts. You pay only for emails sent.

**Can I manage multiple brands?** Yes. Free and Pro include one brand, Ultra includes five brands, and Enterprise includes unlimited brands. Sends are pooled at the account level.

**What counts as an "AI action"?** One AI action = one generation from the model (campaign draft, segment suggestion, subject line, insight). Sending an email does not consume an AI action.

**Can I switch plans anytime?** Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect next billing cycle.

**What happens if I exceed my email limit?** Overages are billed at a fair per-100 rate. Pro: $0.19/100. Ultra: $0.15/100. Enterprise: $0.12/100 on the 500K–4M tiers, $0.10/100 above the 4M tier.

**How much is a dedicated IP?** Dedicated IPs are available on Ultra and Enterprise at $50 per IP per month, with automatic warmup.

**Are frontier AI models included on Free?** No. Free uses smaller models. Pro, Ultra, and Enterprise route through the latest Claude, GPT, and Gemini models.

**Can I remove Nitrosend branding?** Yes, on Pro and above. Toggle it in Brand > Sender.

**Is the free plan really free?** Yes. 8,000 emails to start then 500/month, unlimited contacts, full MCP/API/CLI access. No credit card required.

**Do all plans include MCP access?** Yes, every plan including Free.
