Nitrosend vs LeadsMonky.

Two different jobs: they provision the mailboxes, we run everything after the reply.

TL;DR

LeadsMonky is an authorized Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 reseller. It resells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 seats from $3 a user, falling to $2.50 at 300 seats, sells purpose-built cold email inboxes from $2.80 each, configures SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for you, hands over full admin access, and runs a done-for-you campaign service alongside. If what you need is inboxes provisioned and authenticated by somebody else this week, that's the job it does.

Nitrosend is the platform for the email that starts once a prospect has answered. Every capability is an API endpoint and an MCP tool before it's a screen, so an agent drives campaigns, flows, segments, and transactional sends directly instead of clicking through a dashboard built for humans. Contacts are unlimited on every plan, including Free. These aren't the same purchase. A company running cold outbound often ends up buying both, and that's the honest answer here.

What we carry is the permissioned half: transactional email like receipts and resets, plus lifecycle campaigns, all driven through one email API rather than an admin console.
Pricing math

What each one costs you.

The two bills aren't metered on the same thing. LeadsMonky charges per mailbox per month, or a monthly retainer for managed campaigns. Nitrosend charges on emails sent, with contacts unlimited. So read the rows below as what each side sells rather than as a like-for-like rate card. Both columns monthly, in USD.

Migration

How the two fit together.

Nobody moves from LeadsMonky to Nitrosend, because the two do different jobs. Here's how a company that buys its outbound mailboxes from a reseller sets up the rest of its email.

  1. Keep the outbound mailboxes where they are. The Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant is yours with full admin access, so nothing about the cold outbound setup has to change to put a platform beside it.
  2. Add and verify your sending domain in Nitrosend. DKIM and SPF records sit alongside whatever your outbound mailboxes already use, so both can send from the same domain for as long as you want the overlap.
  3. Move the prospects who answered. Import them with nitro_import_contacts, where email, first and last name, and custom properties all map across. For most teams these contacts are already sitting in a CRM rather than in a sequencer.
  4. Build the sequence that starts after the reply with nitro_compose_flow. Onboarding, nurture, product notifications, and the transactional mail beside them. That sequence usually doesn't exist yet as one object, because a cold outbound setup isn't where it would live.
  5. Decide what carries the sending. BYO sending keys on Pro and above route mail through Amazon SES, Resend, Postmark, Mailgun, or SendGrid, on a domain you already warmed, and that's what makes the decision reversible.
Honest credit

What LeadsMonky does well.

Picking a supplier is about fit. Here's what LeadsMonky is genuinely good at.

  • Authorized Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 reseller, so what arrives is a real tenant rather than a resold shell inside somebody else's domain.
  • Genuinely cheap mailboxes: from $3 a user on Google Workspace, falling to $2.50 at 300 seats, and $2.80 an inbox once cold email inboxes are bought in the thousands.
  • Fast provisioning: Workspace mailboxes quoted live in as little as four to five hours, premium inboxes under six, and most orders delivered the same day.
  • DNS configured by engineers rather than by script, covering SPF, DKIM, DMARC, inbox profiles, and warm-up initiation.
  • Full admin access to the native Google or Microsoft console, so the tenant belongs to the customer from day one and nothing hides behind a reseller portal.
  • Both platforms from one supplier, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, which is unusual among the companies selling inboxes for outbound.
  • Support on the channels this buyer actually uses, with WhatsApp and live chat alongside email.
  • A done-for-you campaign service that covers the whole job: sending domains, prospect research, human-written sequences, reply handling, and calendar booking.
What Nitrosend adds

Where we think we're better.

  • Campaigns, flows, segments, and transactional sends in one platform, for the email that starts once a prospect has answered you.
  • Unlimited contacts on every plan, including Free, so a list that grows without being mailed never moves the bill.
  • MCP-first is an architecture, not an integration: every capability is an API endpoint and an MCP tool before it's a screen.
  • The MCP reaches campaigns, flows, contacts, templates, and segments, which is the whole platform rather than a read-only slice of it.
  • Deliverability, billing, tests, and approvals are tools too, and they're the four that usually stop an automation dead.
  • A REST API and a CLI sit alongside the MCP, so nobody is forced through an agent to get work done.
  • BYO sending keys on Pro and above route mail through Amazon SES, Resend, Postmark, Mailgun, or SendGrid, on a domain you already warmed.
  • A permanently free plan carrying the full MCP, API, and CLI, so the platform can be evaluated before anybody talks to a salesperson.
  • Between the three of us we've sent more than 6 billion emails across two companies that were both acquired, and the platform is shaped by that.
Use case fit

When to pick which.

Pick LeadsMonky if

You need cold outbound mailboxes provisioned and authenticated this week, on real Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenants, and you'd rather somebody else set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. It points the same way if you're buying inboxes in tens or hundreds and want the per-inbox price to fall as the order grows, or if you'd rather hand the whole campaign to an agency than run one yourself. Every one of those sits outside what Nitrosend sells.

Pick Nitrosend if

Your email goes to people who already know you, and you want campaigns, flows, and transactional sending in one place rather than in three. It's the right call too when you want the whole platform drivable by the agent you already run, down to deliverability, billing, and approvals, or when you're tired of a contact count moving your bill and want the transport to stay yours while the platform above it changes.

Where else to look

Teams pricing mailbox supply against a sending platform usually read the lemlist sequencer comparison next, and the Loops SaaS-ESP writeup if the list is one you own. A notification-shaped program belongs against the MagicBell breakdown, and the full provider comparison index lists the rest.

FAQ

LeadsMonky vs Nitrosend - common questions.

Is LeadsMonky a cold email tool?

No. LeadsMonky is an authorized Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 reseller that provisions mailboxes for cold outbound, with a done-for-you campaign service alongside it. The sending itself happens in whichever sequencer you connect those mailboxes to, which is a separate purchase from a separate company.

Can Nitrosend replace LeadsMonky?

No. Nitrosend is sender-side: it doesn't provision, connect, warm, or rotate mailboxes, and it doesn't run campaigns as a service. What it does replace is everything after the reply, so campaigns, flows, segments, templates, and transactional email to the people who answered you all run from one agent command.

Do I still need a sending platform if I buy mailboxes from LeadsMonky?

For cold outbound, yes, and it's a sequencer that connects to those mailboxes rather than Nitrosend. For the lifecycle and transactional email that follows a reply, that's the platform Nitrosend is. They're two different needs, and buying one of them doesn't cover the other.

What does each one actually cost?

LeadsMonky sells Google Workspace from $3 to $20 a user a month, dropping to $2.50 at 300 seats or more, Microsoft 365 from $2.99 to $20, and cold email inboxes from $2.80 to $4.50 each. Managed cold email campaigns are an agency retainer quoted to the scope of work rather than sold on a published plan ladder, and it starts in the low thousands of dollars a month. Nitrosend is free to start, then $20 a month on Pro for 20,000 emails with unlimited contacts.
