We've spent the last ten years building email platforms that marketers love and developers trust. SmartrMail grew to 12,000 customers, powered $425M in customer revenue, and sent over 10 billion emails before being acquired in 2022. Sendicate pioneered the modern design-led newsletter and attracted 28,000 users. Bluethumb became Australia's largest online art marketplace before its exit in 2025.
Through all of it, we kept running into the same problem: email marketing is still painfully slow. Campaign creation, segmentation, testing, optimization -- every step demands manual effort that AI should be handling. The tools improved around the edges, but the core workflow stayed stuck in 2015.
