Do you charge per contact?
No. Every plan includes unlimited contacts. You only pay for the emails you send. We think charging per contact is a legacy model that punishes growth.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
We'll let you know before you hit your limit. You can upgrade anytime, and overages are billed at a fair per-email rate -- no surprise charges.
What is the BYO plan?
BYO (Bring Your Own) lets you connect your own sending infrastructure (AWS SES, Mailgun, Postmark, etc.) and your own AI keys (OpenAI, Anthropic). You get the full nitrosend platform at a lower cost, with unlimited sending through your own providers.
Can I switch plans anytime?

Is the free plan really free?
