We're in Claude now

The Claude directory listing, the plugin marketplace, a live Learning Center, and one prompt that became twelve emails for The Ordinary.

Claude Fable 5 and Codex 5.6 Sol, same prompt, same brand. Email 1 of 12.

On Wednesday afternoon I posted a screenshot to our team Slack, mostly in capital letters. After the forms, the review account we populated end to end, and a submission portal that fought us the whole way, Anthropic had approved Nitrosend for the Claude connector directory, and I got to click Publish myself.

Two days later the Claude Code plugin went live in the plugin marketplace as well. So the theme of this update picked itself: Nitrosend now installs inside Claude in one click, and most of what else we shipped this fortnight makes that first click count for more.

Nitrosend is in the Claude directory

Open Claude, go to Connectors, search for Nitrosend. That is the entire setup now. No API keys, no config JSON, no copying a server URL out of our docs. Connect, authorise, and your agent has the full email stack: contacts, campaigns, flows, analytics, sending.

The listing went live on 12 August. If you had already wired Nitrosend up as a custom connector, you do not need to touch anything; existing custom connectors were upgraded to the official listing automatically.

For Claude Code and Cowork, the plugin landed in the plugin marketplace on 14 August. Install it from the marketplace, or straight from the terminal:

/plugin marketplace add nitrosend/claude
/plugin install nitrosend@nitrosend

The plugin is public at github.com/nitrosend/claude. It carries the MCP connection and the skills that go with it, so a fresh session starts already knowing how to drive the platform.

We have been saying since February that the agent is the interface. Getting the agent connected was the one step that still looked like developer work. Now it is a search box.

The Learning Center is live

The Learning Center opened to everyone on 6 August at app.nitrosend.com/my/learn.

It is built the way we wish product education worked everywhere: short videos in the order you would actually set things up, prompts you can copy straight into your agent and run, and answers drawn from real customer calls rather than a docs team's guess at what confuses people.

On 10 August it grew an Ask NitroLLM bar. Type a question, get an answer, keep moving. And when the honest answer is "we don't do that yet", there is a control right there to request the feature or report the bug, so the gap reaches us instead of quietly becoming a reason to leave.

One prompt, twelve emails

The agent showdown series rolled on. This round: The Ordinary made its Daily Hydration Bottle a permanent product, so we gave two frontier models the same single prompt and had each build the full launch campaign on Nitrosend. Twelve emails, side by side.

The full run: one prompt in, twelve emails out.

The email-by-email breakdown is in the LinkedIn post. If you are catching up on the series, the earlier rounds covered Nike, Ferrari, Apple, Stripe, and Vercel, collected on X.

The Affiliate Center is open

If you are in the affiliate program, you now have a proper home in the app at app.nitrosend.com/my/affiliates: your referral link, your traffic and earnings, and downloadable content to share. The deal is 100% of Pro referrals for 12 months, and 20% recurring, uncapped, on Ultra and Enterprise.

Also shipped

The rest of the fortnight, briefly:

All of that lands on top of the Product Hunt Vercel Day win announced on 23 July, which we covered in the last update.

Close

Two weeks ago, getting Nitrosend into Claude meant pasting a server URL from our docs. Today you search for it. Every release this year has been some version of that move: fewer steps between deciding an email should exist and that email being sent, without giving up the review gates that keep sending safe.

More of the same in a fortnight.
