For email, yes. We're not a full ecommerce CRM (no product feed integration, no predictive SMS). If email marketing is your main Klaviyo use case and you don't need the ecommerce-CRM layer, nitrosend covers it at a fraction of the cost.

Does nitrosend integrate with Shopify?

Via standard webhooks and the REST API. We don't have a first-party Shopify app with deep product-feed sync (yet). Klaviyo's moat here is real for stores that need it.

Why can't Klaviyo offer BYO sending keys?

BYO would let customers route sends through SES at $0.10/1K. Klaviyo's revenue model depends on sends on their own infrastructure. It's a structural conflict, not a technical one. nitrosend's revenue model (per-send and per-AI-action) aligns with BYO.
