Little Urchin
Subject line
Hi [NAME], I'm Chris
What it is doing
This email is a plain text, founder's welcome message sent after a first order. It uses a conversational tone to share the brand story and values. The lack of visual elements makes it feel very personal and direct, like a one-to-one email.
Worth stealing
The email is entirely plain text, mimicking a personal email from the founder, which is a strong choice for building trust and connection after a first purchase.
