The 8 best email marketing agencies in Miami in 2026

An email marketing agency in Miami is a firm you hire to run the messages a brand sends its own list: the welcome series, the abandoned cart, the winback, the Friday promotion, and the deliverability work underneath all of it. The eight best email marketing agencies in Miami are ranked below, scored out of 40 on specialization, AI capability, published evidence and a real team in the metro area. Every person is named, every AI claim links to the page it came from, every agency I excluded is named with the reason, and no place on this list was for sale.

I have been doing email for a decade and my companies have sent over 6 billion emails, so here is the thing I keep running into. Every modern ESP now ships an AI composer, and they all produce the same email: hero icon, three-card grid, generic palette, plain footer. Ask one to write a welcome sequence and you get generic, unsourced fluff, and ask it about deliverability and it confidently makes things up. That is why an AI banner on an agency homepage tells you almost nothing. What tells you something is a named tool, a named workflow, a case study with a number attached, or a person whose own profile describes the work. Those are what I scored, and the firms below are ordered by how much of that they have published.

The AI here is a service line with the tools named rather than a banner. The AI services page names Rebuy, Zowie, Black Crow AI, Clerk and Orita, and describes churn-risk email and SMS flows built inside Klaviyo. It runs at Klaviyo Elite Master Partner, and six of the eight people I pulled are in Miami, including an engineer of nine years whose own work is AI agents wired into ecommerce and ERP systems.

The proof is unusually checkable. Capezio moved its US, UK and EU stores off Magento onto Shopify at a 144 percent conversion rate, and the Inc. 5000 listing is nine consecutive years. Email is 25 to 40 percent of revenue for a DTC store, and the profit concentrates in the automated flows nobody looks at.

Take it when the email program is downstream of a serious storefront and you want one team accountable for both.

Nine services, every one of them email, SMS or the analysis around it, and the published results are email results, not blended ones. AnZaGa Health came out at 52 percent more revenue through Klaviyo inside three months, and The Messi Store went from a 12 percent click rate in August to 38.2 percent by November.

Klaviyo Gold Partner since 2022, with a 2025 Klaviyo Champion on the team, and the Spanish-language work is native, not translated. It publishes what you get rather than what it costs: an account manager, an email specialist, a copywriter and a designer on a full-service account, and no fixed term on a one-time build. Just because you are a ten-person online store, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't have a powerful email retention tool. The AI is thin: predictive segmentation and predictive analytics are the only claims on the site.

Take it when the brief is email, the answer is Klaviyo, and you want the people running it to have no other job.

The only firm in Miami shipping AI wired to live business data rather than bolted on the front. Ask My Account runs on NetSuite's AI Connector over MCP, with controlled access and role-based visibility, which the team contrasts with a chatbot sitting on top of a site, and the director publishes a walkthrough of Oracle's AI Connector Service Companion and its hundred-plus prompt templates.

The gap between what AI can do and what email platforms let you do with it is enormous, and this team is closing it from the ERP side. Email is one of fourteen services under a Certified Klaviyo Partner, and it produces: Amatheon reached 200X ROI through email marketing. One caveat. The Miami Beach address is real and the founder is here, but the chief executive and the chief technology officer are in Montevideo.

Take it when the ERP is the reason the email is wrong, and you want the same team to fix both.

The most genuinely Miami firm on the list. Owner Lolita Petrossov and president Jonathan Gosper both built JetSmarter to a 1.5 billion dollar valuation and a sale to Vista Global before this, and both are here, as is the chief strategy officer.

The AI is not decoration either. Gosper published the detail of demanding brand partners going from rejecting AI product photography to being unable to tell it from a 30,000 dollar photoshoot, which matches my own read on email: authenticity beats production value. EVY AI is the firm's own tool, turning competitor and customer research into creative concepts. Email and SMS sits among fourteen services at Klaviyo Gold Master, so retention lives inside a paid media agency rather than leading it, and several headline percentages are testimonials rather than traced case studies.

Take it when acquisition is the main event and you want the owned channels built by the same people buying the media.

Oatly at 188 percent more monthly recurring subscription revenue in three months is the best published retention result in the pool, Crossrope at 90 percent more revenue the second. Klaviyo is the right call for a Shopify brand because that data sits deep enough for the flows to use it.

It is also the one firm here pricing retainers in hours: 30 hours a month at $5,100 rising to 60 at $10,000, with hourly work from $185 down to $165, on a ladder covering Shopify support rather than email alone. The AI practice is young: Arketica, agentic commerce, and AI image generation building a launching brand's first assets. Location is the weak point. New York City and Miami are listed under Where We're Located, with no street address and no Miami-based person. Netalico also qualifies in other cities here, so expect to see it again.

Take it for the subscription work, and ask where your team actually sits before you sign.

Founded in 2004 on Brickell Avenue, chief executive and search director in Miami, delivery in Argentina. The email and SMS practice has had the same lead for over three years, after almost nine more inside the firm, longer than most agencies keep that seat filled. It is also the only firm here naming what a plan buys: one email a month at Starter, one a week plus a flow at Basic, two a week plus two flows at Full, each with a senior Klaviyo specialist and a designer.

The AI claim I credit is specific: AI-assisted creative direction unified Fairchild Garden's visual identity, and it sold 15 percent more tickets year over year. Its strongest numbers, 407 percent more organic traffic for Goldie Locks, are search, not email. What this firm has is continuity, and consistency of voice, not templates, is what builds an audience.

Take it when you want one accountable team for years rather than a specialist for a quarter.

Best here at the production half of the job, the half that eats budget. The AI photo and video service is described down to the workflow: product visualization, lifestyle and scene generation, background replacement, text to video and avatars, and an AI answer tool runs on the firm's own site.

The commerce results are traceable: Dimark Garage Doors went from under 500,000 dollars in annual revenue to 2.4 million over two years, and Bester Caviar put on 235 percent in sales in three months. It also publishes Miami paid media fees of $1,250 to $2,950 a month, separate from ad spend, on a three month minimum. Email and SMS is one of seventeen services, with no ESP partner tier. The emails which convert are the ones that look like nobody else's, and that is a production problem before it is a strategy problem.

Take it for the creative pipeline and treat email as one output of it rather than the reason you hired them.

Shopify Platinum Partner, the top tier of Shopify's agency program, announced in July 2026, with twenty-nine named brands behind it. The automation is the practical kind, shipped for clients rather than sold as a page: gated access and first-order gift flows built on Shopify Flow for Elm Biosciences, and subscription lifecycle email automation for Aspen Publishing. A transactional email is a brand moment rather than a template, and this is a team that treats it that way.

Lifelines came out at 78 percent more total sales and 53 percent more orders. The reason this sits at the foot of the list is location. The agency publishes a North Bayshore Drive address, but the founder is listed in New York and the eight team members I pulled are in Spain, Peru, Mexico, Canada and New York. Nobody surfaced in Miami.

Take it for the Shopify engineering, and be clear that the Miami address is an address rather than a team.

Also worth knowing

Fifteen more Miami firms came through the research and I am naming every one of them, with the reason, because a ranked list that hides its cuts is not showing its work. Three of these are agencies I would happily shortlist for a different brief.

58 Clicks is the one that hurts. A Klaviyo Master Gold Partner in Miami, email marketing as a core service, and a traced result of 28.13 percent more flow revenue in the first three months. Its only automation claim is "sales on autopilot ... using automations", and the words AI, artificial intelligence, machine learning and predictive appear nowhere on the site. Ordinary flow automation is craft, not AI, and the floor on this list is a published AI claim. So the best pure Klaviyo shop in Miami is here rather than ranked, and that is the price of the rule.

Kairyo Insights is Miami-based with five named people and thirteen case studies each carrying a number, and makes no AI claim of any kind anywhere on its site. Lifecycle and retention is one of thirteen services.

Max Marketing runs bilingual campaigns for the South Florida market, has MaxHub.ai for reputation and review management, and a lead engineer who came from JPMorgan Chase. It lists Miami as an active market rather than an office, publishes no Miami address and names no Miami-based person, which is the criterion this list will not bend.

Avenue Z has 2 Biscayne Boulevard, a named Head of Miami, a Director of the AI Lab and a VP of AI Strategy, and the strongest AI search practice in the pool. Email is not on the service menu at all; Klaviyo appears once, as a platform inside one case study.

Heyday works from Coral Gables with forty-four profiles, Mailchimp and Klaviyo, and an answer-engine practice that is refreshingly plain about the hype. Email marketing is one of twenty-four services.

WMD is on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach with a dedicated email marketing page, seventeen named clients including Oura Ring, and AI used to rebuild missing product views on a live store.

1GS is at 1001 Brickell Bay Drive with six named people and an AI-powered CRM built on GoHighLevel. Its eight case studies are anonymized to a business type rather than a brand.

Social Hackettes is Miami-based and runs twenty-four services under one roof including email, SMS and marketing automation, with four named clients and no case studies.

1111 Media Group is the only firm in the pool that names AI-powered email marketing as an actual service line, with seven clients, three results and no named people.

The Social Adz works from SW 7th Street with six case studies carrying real percentages and a named email marketer on a team of twelve, where Klaviyo retention runs behind paid acquisition rather than as its own practice.

Alphametic is an AI-forward search agency on SE 2nd Avenue whose founder wrote The Psychology of a Website. Email is not a service.

Lineout is Miami-based performance media with the most rigorous measurement practice in the pool, including attribution modeling and in-app analytics. Loyalty and retention is one activation service among twenty-three.

Lounge Lizard has 1221 Brickell Avenue, forty named clients and an email marketing page carrying five case studies, but headquarters is New York and the results on that page are largely paid and organic search.

Relevance has a Miami Beach address, two AI Specialists on the team page and a CRM and automation practice aimed at ultra-high-net-worth audiences, run from Monaco.

Brito Marketing works from Waterford District Drive as a Spanish-language agency for Miami's Hispanic market, with email marketing among twelve services, no published clients and no AI claim anywhere.

Three more were excluded outright rather than ranked low, and the shape is the same every time: a high AI claim count with nothing underneath it. The AD Leaf names twenty-one AI tools across four AI advertising pages, with zero case studies and zero named people, and those pages describe what Midjourney, Jasper and Albert AI can do rather than what the agency has done with them. Q-Tech makes twelve automation claims, all on two service pages, against zero case studies and zero named people. Codieshub names fifteen AI tools, names nobody, and is headquartered in New York rather than Miami. I also dropped Sopro, a Brighton, England agency of more than three hundred people whose entire Miami evidence is the phrase "US Representative Miami" on its about page.

How to choose between them

If the brief is email and only email, start at ED Digital and be honest with yourself about the tradeoff: you are hiring the most specialized shop in the city and the least automated one, and on most briefs that is the right trade. If you want the pure Klaviyo option and the AI floor is not your concern, 58 Clicks above is the firm I would have ranked.

If the email problem is downstream of something else, stop shopping for an email agency. Absolute Web owns the storefront, the integrations and the flows with one team and the deepest Miami bench on this page. Tavano is the call when the ERP is the reason the email is wrong. Netalico is the call when subscription billing and the lifecycle program have to agree with each other. Solo Media Group builds the store the flows fire on, with Shopify's top partner tier behind it.

If you are buying growth rather than retention, Evestar buys the media and builds the owned channels in the same plan, and Solved Puzzle solves the creative bottleneck underneath both. FJ Solutions is the one to pick when what you want is a team that will still be there in five years, and it is the only firm here that tells you up front how many emails and how many flows a month you are buying.

Ask, too, whose account the work lives in. When Nitrosend opened its agency setup, I wrote on LinkedIn: "your agent does the setup, you just approve what ships." Two weeks later I wrote that one platform had added five client salons and "the salons own their accounts." An agency that builds in an account you own is one you can leave without starting again.

How this list is ranked

Forty-two Miami-area agencies were extracted, twenty-six state a Miami office or team, and twelve of those carry email or retention as a core service rather than one line on a menu. Ten of the twelve clear the inclusion floor, which is at least one published AI claim, and Kairyo Insights and 58 Clicks are the two that do not. Two of the remaining ten, Sopro and Max Marketing, fail on city presence instead. That leaves eight, and it is eight and not ten because eight earned it. Padding the last two slots with full-service shops would have made the page longer and the ranking worse, so those firms are named above with what they actually do.

That shortage is not a sourcing failure. Miami is a city of full-service, bilingual, ecommerce-first shops where email is one capability among many. Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and the wider South Florida metro were already inside the search and returned no additional email specialists.

Each criterion rewards something different. Specialization rewards a firm whose menu is messaging and little else, because craft comes from repetition. AI capability rewards published evidence of automation inside the firm's own delivery, which is why a homepage banner scores a 3 and a tool running over MCP scores a 9. Evidence rewards named clients, numbers traceable to a brand, partner tiers and awards that can be checked. City presence rewards people actually in the metro area rather than a mailing address, which is why two firms on this list lost points for a real office with a remote team. Scores are out of 10 each and the total is out of 40. No third-party star rating is quoted, republished or emitted as structured data anywhere on this page, because a rating I did not collect is not a rating I can stand behind.

How this list is ranked

I score every agency here out of 40, ten points each for specialization, AI capability, published evidence and a real Miami team. The scores are mine, against those four criteria and nothing else. I score blind, from published evidence, before I open any customer list, so using Nitrosend is worth zero points and is disclosed on the card where it applies.

Nitrosend is the company I co-founded. It sells email infrastructure to agencies and is not an email marketing agency itself, so it does not appear on this list and could not. Nobody paid for a place here, and no place on this list is for sale.

I score AI capability because Nitrosend publishes this list and Nitrosend is built for agencies that run client email from an AI agent. That is my commercial interest and you should read the list knowing it. An agency that adds real AI capability will score higher here the next time I check this page, and Nitrosend for agencies is one way to do that and not the only one. I score claims on evidence rather than on banners: a named tool, a named workflow, a case study with a result, or an AI role on the team page. Every AI claim here links to its source.

The scoring is positive only: a lower score means less specialized for this brief, never a worse agency, and all 8 entries say what that firm is genuinely best at.

Two pairs are tied. Tavano and Evestar are both on 26 and Netalico and FJ Solutions are both on 24, and in each pair the points are earned in opposite columns: one firm has built more AI, the other is more genuinely in Miami. The order inside a tie carries no meaning and I have not invented a gap. This list is eight rather than ten because eight Miami agencies earned a ranked place, for the reasons set out above. One thing to know while you read my scores: Nitrosend is the company I co-founded, it publishes this page, and it sells email infrastructure to agencies. Nobody paid to be here and there is no entry to buy.

If you are an agency reading your own entry and you want the AI score to move, the thing that moves it is published evidence: one named workflow, one case study with a number, one role on the team page with the work described. My own view is that every campaign anyone has ever dragged and dropped could have been a single sentence instead, the design, the logic, the personalization and the send. Nitrosend for agencies is one way to produce that evidence, because you can operate Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend or Nitrosend itself through MCP and connectors, with pre-send safety gates, and what comes out the other side is a workflow you can point at.

FAQ

Absolute Web, at 33 out of 40, because it pairs Klaviyo's top partner tier with a real AI practice and the deepest Miami bench on the page. Two briefs change that answer. If the brief is email and nothing else, ED Digital is the most specialized firm in the city by a distance. If your email problem is really an ERP problem, Tavano is the only firm here that has built for that.

Because eight earned a place. Twenty-six agencies in the research state a Miami office or team, and twelve carry email or retention as a core service. Ten of those twelve make a published AI claim, which is the floor for a ranked slot, and two of the ten then fail on city presence: Sopro is a Brighton, England agency and Max Marketing lists Miami as a market rather than an office. I could have filled the last two places with full-service Miami agencies that do email as one of twenty services, and the page would have been worse. They are named in "Also worth knowing" instead, with what they actually do.

Between $1,250 and $10,000 a month for managed monthly service, and not one of the eight publishes an email-only figure, so here is exactly what those numbers price. Two firms publish a price card at all. Netalico prices retainers in hours, 30 a month at $5,100, 45 at $7,500 and 60 at $10,000, with plans described as starting at $2,700 and the average client around $4,500, and hourly work from $185 down to $165 above 100 hours, on a ladder that covers its Shopify support work rather than email alone. Solved Puzzle publishes Miami management fees of $1,250 to $2,950 a month separate from ad spend, on a three month minimum and then month to month, with extra work at $100 an hour, and those tiers buy paid media and local search rather than email. What is published on the email side is scope instead of price. FJ Solutions names what each Klaviyo plan buys: one email a month at Starter, one a week plus a monthly flow at Basic, two a week plus two monthly flows and sign-up form work at Full, every tier with a senior Klaviyo specialist, a content specialist and a designer on it. ED Digital names the team and the terms: an account manager, an email marketing specialist, a copywriter and a designer on a full-service account, 30 days notice to cancel or pause without penalty, and no term at all on a one-time build such as a Klaviyo migration, though its FAQ page puts the recurring minimum at six months while its homepage says three, so make the contract say which. Four things then move a quote inside that band. Hours are the first, which is why Netalico prices 30, 45 and 60 of them rather than a package. Seniority is the second: Robert Half puts a Miami email marketing specialist at $57,750 at the low end of the local band, $71,775 in the middle and $82,775 at the high end, and a firm putting senior people on your account in this city cannot do it for $1,250. Who actually does the work is the third: one agency owner who publishes his monthly numbers reported $68,653 of service revenue across about 40 active clients in August 2026, near enough $1,700 a client, against $41,855 paid out to subcontractors in the same month. The billing model is the fourth, and the case against paying a percentage of Klaviyo-attributed revenue is worth reading before you agree to one, because a brand that raises its Meta spend raises the Klaviyo-attributed number without the email agency doing anything differently. Then budget the platform separately, because Klaviyo's own partner page puts the ratio at one dollar of Klaviyo subscription to at least three dollars of implementation, strategy and managed services, which puts a brand paying $500 a month for Klaviyo at about $1,500 a month of services around it.

Because the mechanical half of email production is the expensive half, and the firms that have automated it can put their people on the work that needs people. It is also the easiest claim to fake, which is why every AI point on this page links to a named tool, a named workflow, a published result or a named person's profile. Nitrosend publishes this list, I co-founded it, and it is built for agencies running client email from an AI agent, so I am stating that interest rather than hiding it.

Elite Master is not applied for. Klaviyo's own announcement of the tier says partners are nominated by their Partner Manager and their Partner Success Manager against initial quantitative requirements, then go through a formal review against the qualitative ones, and that only the best partners are approved to be elevated to Elite. The criteria named in that announcement are ongoing open collaboration, relevant certifications, superior client health and net promoter scores, adoption of new product lines and features, and reputation in the partner community. Klaviyo's partner agreement adds that a partner must complete mandatory training and certification, both in selling Klaviyo and in managing and supporting Klaviyo customers, and puts the tier requirements themselves in a partner program guide rather than in the public agreement. The practical difference is that a lower tier is something an agency works toward and Elite Master is something Klaviyo puts an agency forward for. On this page Absolute Web holds Elite Master, Evestar holds Gold Master and ED Digital has been Gold since 2022. A tier feeds the evidence score here and never the AI score, because a tier measures training and managed revenue rather than anything automated.
