All three speak in one voice. Every headline is a short lowercase line in heavy white type across a photo of people moving, and every line ends in a red full stop: we move together, it's on, run with us. Red appears nowhere else in the emails except as a full stop. An AI agent wrote, designed and built every one of them in Nitrosend.1
Welcome email

Welcome
Welcome. We move together.
A group running along a waterfront at sunrise, then a second photo of an outdoor yoga class, so the new member sees who they have joined before they see a product.
The headline borrows lululemon's own line, "We move together", and the copy grounds it in a real fact: Vancouver, where it started, and the more than 800 stores it has opened since, including its first in Athens this year. It also tells the reader exactly what the next two emails will bring, and keeps the account discount to one quiet line under the button.
Black Friday email

Black Friday
Black Friday. Go early.
It sells the run before the shop: a lone runner on an empty trail at dawn, "it's on." as the headline, and one button that says come in.
There is no percentage, price, code or countdown anywhere in it. The copy tells the reader to do the long run first, while "the city's still asleep", and then come in still warm, so the sale is framed as a reward for something they already did. On a day of shouting inboxes, it reads like a training partner.
Event invite email

Event invite
Run with us.
An invite to a small local run: one photo of runners stretching in the cold, three ruled lines with the date, the meeting point and the distance, and one button to say you are coming.
The copy removes every reason not to turn up: "You don't need a time, a watch or anyone to come with. You need shoes and the morning." The date, place and RSVP link are merge fields, so one email serves every store's run. The line under the button, "Say you're coming so we know how many to wait for", makes saying yes feel like a favour to the group.
What makes these emails work
- Layout. Every email uses the same frame: a lowercase lululemon wordmark, a full-bleed hero with the headline across the bottom of the photo, a bold one-line lead, short paragraphs, an outlined pill button aligned left and a light grey footer with five social icons.
- Color. White canvas, near black type and a warm bone grey footer. Red appears only as a full stop, on the headlines and on some of the buttons.
- Type. Headlines are heavy lowercase sans serif in white, two or three words a line. Body copy is plain Helvetica Neue at a large size.
- Button. One outlined button per email, lowercase and ending in a full stop, such as start here. or count me in.
- Copy. Short second-person lines, no emoji and no urgency. The facts come from lululemon's own newsroom, such as the Vancouver home and the store count.
- Motion. All three heroes are animated: the photo moves slowly under the headline while the type stays still.

FAQ
Which email types are on this page?
Three: a welcome email, a Black Friday email and an event invite to a local run.
Can I make these emails for my own brand?
Yes. Copy the prompt above into an AI assistant connected to Nitrosend and give it your website. It writes, designs and builds each email in your brand in Nitrosend, then sends you a test.
Why is there no discount in the Black Friday email?
Because the email sells a feeling the brand owns, the early morning run, rather than a markdown anyone can match. It still says Black Friday is on, and lets the store do the rest.
How does one event invite work for every store?
The date, time, meeting point, distance and RSVP link are merge fields. Each store fills them in when it tags the people invited to its run, and Nitrosend puts the right details into each email.
Which AI made these emails?
Claude, connected to Nitrosend over MCP. It set the brand kit, wrote the copy, placed the images and built each email as a draft flow in Nitrosend.
