What it is doing
This email uses a single-column layout with a clear hierarchy, guiding the user from the alert to recommended actions. The design is minimal, relying on text and a single product recommendation to convey information. The use of a prominent CTA for changing the password, alongside a softer 'Enjoy watching Netflix!' for confirmation, effectively addresses both scenarios.
Worth stealing
The email effectively uses conditional messaging to guide the user based on whether they recognise the activity or not, offering different calls to action.
